Elliott Caldwell

Elliott Caldwell has been working in the IT industry for over nine years. He started software testing in the public service before moving to the private sector as a Test Manager tasked with Process Improvement, as well as introducing Automated Regression, and Performance testing. He then was promoted to the IT divisional manager to deliver quality processes throughout the SDLC.

Elliott has also worked with large government departments tasked with the Strategy and Management of multiple large scale projects. Elliott started with KJ Ross & Associates in 2007 and has worked on numerous projects including the Department of Defence, Department of Immigration and Citizenship, Centrelink and E*Trade

Elliott has strong management and leadership skills, and has extensive experience in Test Management, Test Strategy, Test Process Improvement, Non-Functional Testing Strategy and Test Tool Evaluation, as well as Training and Auditing. Elliott’s strong business background and experience helps him to liaise between the clients business and test divisions and deliver quality solutions.
