Dr Mark Pedersen
Senior ConsultantDr. Mark Pedersen is a Principal Consultant with K. J. Ross & Associates, an Australian-based consulting firm specialising in software testing services and competancy development through their nationally accredited Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) program and other specialised courses.
Mark started his IT career in the Software Verification Research Centre at the University of Queensland in 1994, and later went on to complete a PhD in Usability Evaluation of Natural Language Processing Development Environments.
Mark joined K. J. Ross & Associates in 1998 and has been involved in testing a wide variety of financial- and mission-critical software systems, as well as developing and delivering a wide range of professional training courses for the testing industry.
As the Principal Consultant for Victoria and South Australia, Mark works closely with both technical and business stakeholders in order to shape approaches to testing that are effective and sustainable. He is actively engaged in test process improvement consulting and developing agile approaches to software testing.
